DUNNETT Gergo Borlai, Bronze, 4X6.5,
That throw-off looks like an espresso maker. Does it froth milk, too? 😉

I lov ethe finish of this SLP G-Maple snare, how is it called? It's discontinued, right? If so, only used is the way to go?
Nope it’s still available. Mine is the 13x7 and it’s so good damn good especially for the cost

Ok, as usual, I buy, I post a deposit and then, i look for the rest of the money to pay for it, so, it arrives sometimes with some delay, but here it is, even better in real and the tone of the shell is super pure, you don't even want to put dampening on it.

Well the JNDCs are gone, I have these and don’t have a Made in USA snare. Dang it!

Great collection. The metal snares are 100% Ludwig. The wood snares are 95% Ludwig and Tama.

Not long ago there was a long running thread about low cost steel snares. Is that Pearl steel snare an expensive one or low cost? In which situation is that Pearl steel snare used?

It's an old Export I got in '86. I don't keep it out because I rarely have a need for it, but it can actually sound pretty good. There's a Youtube video of Eric Valentine using one in his studio and it sounds great.
