Mark Brzezicki : Date & place of birth: Jun 21st 1957, Slough, London, England. His early bands include New York City Public Library (the three Brzezicki brothers "house" band) Silver Stream (with John Land), Flying Brzezicki Brothers (Mark and Steve) and Rhythm For Hire (session duo with Tony Butler) 1980.
Mark played on all Pete Townshend's solo albums 'Empty Glass' and 'All the Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes' (and later 'White City'). Then came Big Country's big break with the 'Crossing' and 'Steeltown' albums. Mark has also appeared on albums by Simon Townshend, Frida, Cult, Midge Ure, Roger Daltrey, Joan Armatrading, Nik Kershaw, Whitesnake, Howard Jones, Rick Astley and Procol Harum! Phil Collins even had Mark play along side him at the Wembley Stadium Nelson Mandela show. He has continued to play with Big Country and appears on all the albums, apart from
"Buffalo Skinners".
