Oh I would LOVE that. Brass and steel 13's are ..... well, at least there are more than just a few, to choose from. 13" in aluminum, ah ..... Spawn, Inde, DW, and VK are the only ones I know about.

I may be reading into this too much but the rack tom directly in front of the snare is very shallow, with single center-mounted lugs. Maybe they're introducing their version of short-stack toms.
