I've played all sorts of pedals during my years of playing(since 1964). My bass drums are a 1965 14 X20 Ludwig Classic, 2008 16 X 26 Palmetto, and a Mapex 14 X 22 I bought to use as a "beater kit." None are ported, none have any dampening, just good old Remo heads, batter loose, reso tight.

No use for Slingerland, Gretsch, Premier or Rogers pedals. Sloppy. Fall apart, just bad use of metal. Just my preference......can't love or tolerate everything!

I agree, but it might be something fun to continue with. Maybe this should be a sticky? Seems like it might be interesting for new people to see what people are using and how they are using it.

9. Cam system: round or non-round? Slightly not round (The DW9k is Infinitely Variable)
10. Footboard: split foot board or long board? Split
