Did a gig on the street with temperatures dropping!

About as stiff as I was from wearing 4 layers.
 
So the temperature has dropped here pretty low...certainly by English shitty rental flat with terrible heating/insulation standards go....and I went to practice yesterday and took absolutely ages to feel like I was getting frost bite in my feet from the pedals etc etc...

To those far more experienced in such things...does your warm up change in lower temperatures? Do you practice different things or have any strategies to make playing or practicing in the cold any easier?
