The youtube algorithm (rhythm?) threw this at me.

The presenter, Roy Castle, was a very proficient jazz trumpet player and what was termed back then an 'all round entertainer' in the style of someone like Sammy Davis Jr. in the US. He sang, acted, played, danced and even held some world records of his own in terms of tap dancing speed. Big advocate of banning smoking in clubs as he died of lung cancer which he felt was caused by the smoky atmosphere. I remember watching this clip when it was on TV way back. The youtube algorithm (rhythm?) threw this at me.
