i've been looking at a lot of different ones and compared Schlagwerk with Meinl. Schlagwerk>Meinl.

I've heard a LOT of good things about Schlagwerk's cajons. I've also played with (and liked) LP's slant-front cajon and the Gon Bops Acuna signature cajon... nice instruments.

I have a Meinl and love it. Sounds great and has held up well for the past 3 years that I have had it.

LP Soul cajon or Pearl Jingle cajon.. Both awesome for different reasons. Much better than Meinl imo..
