I got this Yamaha to upgrade from my Speedking. I have a Speedking that has been re worked by a fellow named DRUMMERMECHANIX. He does several things to them including bushing them. The Yamaha has infinite and easy pedal height and beater position. You adapt to the Speedking, you adapt the Yamaha to your best fit.
