Jam block mounting

Ok, so I recently got a lp piccalo jam block, but the mounting bracket on the back of it fell off. How do I put it back on so I can mount it?
 
The holes are threaded so just line everything up and screw in the wing nut.
 
If your jam block looks like this --- screw the wingbolt back through the hole in the back of the block, into the bracket. Done. Easy.
