It doesn't appear to have been abused.
No keyholing, dents, or cracks.
Looks like a nice cymbal.
Go for it.

Well if you have a spare 60 bucks why not go for it? It's always handy to have a spare cymbal to add to your options. you never know, you might buy and find that you want to add to your setup permanently.
