Ludwig Cob 1964? Throw off missing parts

I’m trying to help a fellow drummer find missing throw off parts for this Ludwig Cob snare. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a P-83 throw off. They're fairly sought after and both complete ones and the separate parts can be a little pricy. I'd look on eBay.

Also, is your friend sure that's a COB drum? I've never seen chrome flake that much on a brass drum, just the aluminum ones.

There must be a bit of weight difference to determine brass?
