drum booth/cage for noise reduction?

Anyone in the U.S. use one that you bought from a builder/supplier? I'm desperate to reduce the noise heard outside the house, and with my disability trying to construct my own DIY "soundproof" room would be a nightmare. A noise reduction of about 20-30% would probably be enough, and my price range would be around 3 to 4k.

Doesn't look like those ship to the US. That model looks amazing, surely way above my price limit. I've looked at similar builds which are above $20k USD.
