Do people who know you drum think your favorite Christmas song is Little Drummer Boy?

I have had a few of those comments, but I can count them on one hand.

I usually laugh a little and then look at them funny when I get comments like that.

I usually get strange looks when I start singing along to X-mas carols using Bob Rivers' lyrics.

I can never get past the line "The ox and lamb kept time, buh rump a bum bum".

What's up with that? He's the little drummer boy. It's his job to keep time, not the ox and lamb's. No wonder he was too poor to afford a gift for the newborn king, who's going to hire a drummer who can't keep time?

OK, I'll go take my meds now.

The ox and the Lamb shoulda' started a rhythm section, and fired his ass.

There was no ass. It was an ox, a lamb and a boy. The boy was on his break partaking in some frankincense when the ox and the lamb were keeping time. The boy was in the union. Yep, they even had em back then.

a well sung "Oh Holy Night" absolutely gives me chills

I always dug Springsteens version of Santa Clause is Comin To Town as well

but Chuck Berrys Run Run Rudolph is hands down the best Christmas song ever in my opinion
