Is it really only 6” diameter—or I guess the 1- means 1’ and 6”, 18” inch total? The proportions of the bell make it look more like 18. Anyway this style of hammered with wide lathed stripes has been made by many Turkish brands since the early 1990s, starting with the original Istanbul brand (before it split into Agop and Mehmet). But Istanbul always added markings, so I would guess it is more recent, from a smaller brand, or maybe no brand at all—made by a central foundry but never marked for a brand to sell.

It's a generic stencil brand cymbal from one of the small foundries in Turkey, or maybe it's an unbranded major brand B Stock. There's probably no way of telling, unless you show it cymbal makers who might have made it.

I tried to upload a video but the admin won't allow it.
It was purchased at one of the early 2000s Namm shows and is a prototype. That's all I know.
Thanks for the comments so far :)

I have a YT channel, if you wanna use it.

Yup, another vote for Turkish. Someone may have removed the logos or it was never printed in the first place.

if the Turk sections were lathed and sandblasted, it would have the same profile as my Pergamon Desert series
