Update from the TAMA forum from a TAMA contact.
Not really much help from them at all
I find this odd because about 15 years ago I ordered wrap for a 24" kick to match my kit. Ordered it through a drum shop in Denver and they matched it perfecty.
Anyway here's the response from TAMA USA Customer Service Representative:
"TAMA doesn’t sell wrap outright. Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to order it in, but you might be able to check with other drum wrap manufacturers to see if they have something that matches.
TAMA doesn’t keep many drums on hand. Most of the drums we sell today are in preconfigured shell kits. Add on drum are usually ordered from the factory and take 4-5 months to be build to special order for what sizes the customer is looking for. As for power tom sizes, the Imperialstar, Silverstar, and Superstar classic drum kits only go up to what we would call “regular” tom depths(10x8, 12x9, 13x10, etc.). I think the only drum we currently offer something deeper in would be the Starclassic Maple or Starclassic Bubinga. These have options going deeper(10x9, 12x10, 13x11, etc.), but again, we don’t have anything readily available on hand. Since we offer so many finishes and so many drum size options, we try to special order the customers exact size and finish when we get a request.
As far as Guitar Center goes, I’m not quite sure what’s going on. We receive a lot special order requests and individual drum orders from guitar center stores on a normal basis. I’m wondering if the associate you spoke to there wasn’t aware they could special order from us directly. TAMA does not sell drums or hardware direct to consumers. We ask that customers buy through the music stores that support our line and carry our products. Guitar Center is definitely on of them.
Lastly, the drums you are looking for are a bit older and this is one of the issues in finding something to match/line up with your kit. Since we’ve discontinued most of the power tom sizes, we don’t really get too many requests for them. I would recommend keeping an eye out for anything on the used market to try and find something a little more original to what you want. I’m sorry I couldn’t find exactly what you were looking for and hope you are able to find something close to your original kit!"
