Hi-hat stands: Pearl 900 or Tama 600 series

I've been looking at a replacement hi-hat stand and these are the two within my price range that I've narrowed the decision down to. Any feedback on the pros and cons on these two stands would be muchly appreciated

I'm not familiar with the Tama 600 series, but I do own the Pearl 900 stand, which I can recommend. Try it out to see if it meets your specifications.

BTW, it does have a tension adjustment control, where many of the lower priced stands do not.

Does everything I need.....to the point where my higher end Pearl H2000 stays in a case and never gets used. I find the 900 offers a far better response and is far less cumbersome.
