Hi and welcome to the forum!
As forums usually have, there's a
Search function on Drummerworld, too.
Just to give you an example - I just did a search for "how to practice" and (as expected, haha) found numerous threads discussing practice related stuff, e.g.:
How can I get my double stroke roll cleaner?
http://www.drummerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93099
How often do you practice? For how long?

Just so you get the idea. Search a bit around yourself and determine which aspects are of most interest for you, to make your search more specific and effective.

We could give you some more specific advice on your individual situation if we knew a bit more about yourself - where you're at for the moment and what goals you have. Is it jazz comping or double bass madness? ;-)
I'm an advanced beginner (or something like that) but I can tell you that your progress is in direct proportion to the (quality) practicing time you're putting in. If you want to generally optimize your hand technique, there's lots of online opportunities available, e.g. by Bill Bachman (DrumWorkout) or Pat Petrillo (DrumStudioLive). Those are superb, I've been beta-testing the former one and Pat's online lessons are still in freebie mode, including the following month. Check it out.
We have a /Your Place/ -> /Your Playing/ section so many people post their videos/playing (sometimes audio only) to have their playing criticized.

A great way to make people aware of technical flaws (if any) or what could be improved in general.
If it's a technique related/specific video you could post it in the /Drum Technique/ section instead:
