Need help finding old VHS tape of trading fours

I check out a VHS tape on trading fours about 6 years ago although the tape was much older than that. It was just the drummer facing the camera and warming up with eight on hand and then he would trade fours with the viewer (and offer encouraging comments like "That was great! Now it's your turn!") It was someone famous but I can't find the VHS tape anymore. I just need the name or the drummer to find it.
