If I have my metronome set to 4/4, what subdivision would show what 32nd not triplets sound like? I realize I should practice it Against quarter notes but I would like to hear how it sounds first.
I think you just want to set it at the triplet subdivision. Whether they are quarter, eighth, sixteenth or 32nd note triplets depends on the relation to the quarter note. But a triplet is a triplet.
