"Drummer Royalty Get Their Moves Immortalized on Canvas"

Stumbled across this article on wired.com this morning. Seems they are taking 10 drummers, putting them in non reflective clothing, lighting up their drums sticks and filming.

Don't know where my Mother in Law found it but she gave me two pictures of Gene Krupa photographed in slow motion and the sticks were somehow lit. Could be photo shopped for all I know but they are incredible pictures. You can trace each drum arc and strike right to the head.

It's clear where he used Moeller strokes. Pretty cool!
