Does anyone know how much it costs to ship a cymbal

Going to Canada might not be a problem. It's the hassle-factor though if you use USPS. You have to fill out a form because it's going to a foreign country and the pay whatever it is. Your box doesn't sound like it'd be too heavy or big, and that is also a factor.

I've seen people send things via FedEx to other countries, and its less hassle but much more expensive. The only way to know is to pack it up, and take it to the post office, because with the USPS, you wouldn't get accurate information on the internet, either.

I just sent a 20" cymbal to Great Britain. USPS cost: $65. You read that right: $65!!!!!!!!! Sending by UPS was well over $100. Crazy.

It's not cheap my friend. I just shipped a framed print back to canada, was a gift cost $67 to ship it UPS.

Going to depend on the size and weight of the package but you are in for a hefty fee.

All major shippers have shipping calculators on their websites that are accurate as long as you put in the correct size, weight and ship to locations.

Pack your cymbal in the exact box you want to ship it. Measure it. Weigh it. Go to the shipping calculator of your shipper preference and you're in the ball park (shipping costs can vary with the fluctuating price of fuel). Better still, take your packaged cymbal directly to the shipper of your choice and get a direct quote. Most shippers are extremely helpful when you come in for a quote.
