Nope- drums and music go through the PA speakers. Both are routed through the sabian mixer and the two outputs go one each to right and left speaker cabs.

Re: Ludwig Club dates soon

Congrats! Youíll love them. Since youíll have to drill for the DW rail, you could just drill to mount the Atlas rail instead to keep it all Ludwig...

Iíve used both mounts though, and theyíre...

Re: Guess what I just bought! Hint: Ludwig, Bonham, Vistalite, Amber.

That was quick. If those had entered my house they would never have escaped even though my drum room has only enough space to set up one kit at a time.

Re: Guess what I just bought! Hint: Ludwig, Bonham, Vistalite, Amber.

Yeah, they stayed open so I can buy my teenage dream kit 40 years later. Now theyíre staying running just on the hopes that Iíll live long enough to buy my Bonham kit, which was in second placeÖ😊

Re: I have finally figured out tuning!

I tune my top and bottom heads the same because I like an open sound. Theyíre tuned kind of high and the interval between all three is a fourth.

I have a tunebot, but I donít use it much. Iíll...

Re: My band drama

If youíre newer at being in bands, and really enjoy it, itís easy to get into the ďget along to go alongĒ habit. But unless youíre a hired gun, or earning a living at it, itís better to gently but...

Re: Ludwig Copper Phonic vs. Hammered Bronze

Iíve been checking out Ludwig snares myself; specifically the 6.5 x14 Acrolite and the new Super Brass. When I get one, it will probably be the Acro first, as my playing around money is being hoarded...

Re: Self-Doubt

Since I started playing around 1978, I’m guessing I’ve played 2200-2500 shows, mostly 3 or 4 sets (45 minutes or 1 hour) each. Probably 85% of those were on bass, but the point is the same.

I...
