More or less a 'death' metal supergroup i suppose. It's what I like. Not a fan of power metal or any of that garbage.

Drums: Chris Adler

Bass: Martin Mendez

Rhythm Guitar: Johan Söderberg

Im guessing you mean more of a modern metal band rather then older metal. Metal isn't my favourite form of music but that would prop be it.

Im a fan of modern metal and a bit of the old stuff too

My 'rock' group in the other thread was already metal... I guess i'll just make it more deathy:

Drums - Sean Reinert
Guitar - Mikael Akefedlt
Bass - Cliff Burton
Guitar/Vocals - Chuck Schuldiner

cliff burton on bass is the only logical choice! his riffs were TOO awesome!

anyway... how about:

kerry king - guitar
dimebag - guitar
cliff burton - bass
derek roddy/dale crover - drums
james hetfield (puppets era) - vox

it feel like this lineup could WRITE really well together as well as play awesome.

Interesting, you another one who has listed old school metal players, it's like no one listens to metalcore or hardcore around here
