Where to buy sylomer foam in North America?

It's hard to find sylomer foam being sold in North America. I need some for the noise isolation platform that I'm building. The only website that sells said foam for drum noise isolation platforms, is this one based in Germany -

From where have you bought your foam?

Have you used alternatives to sylomer and tennis balls?
