According to a commenter for this video the piece is called "Waterloo" and is from the 1971 album, "The Dudley Moore Trio Today".

Well?..im really zoning in on Steppenwolfs for ladies only. During the chorus when you'd expect obvious cymbal accents the drummer lays out. I'm focusing on how the song feels without those accented crash cymbals. It's sounds fine without them. I'm now wondering where (I) can lay out on such instances revealing a different view of things.
 
I'm not entirely convinced that these two videos weren't created by an artificially intelligent software program.

Tom Jones had a show on American TV show called This is Tom Jones. It ran from 1969 to 1971.
As the IMDb says...
