Good stuff. They still got it. I read recently that producer Bob Ezrin was brought in for the more recent albums. When he first spoke with the band he said we're definitely not going to try to reinvent DP with any kind of new sound. We're going to be Deep Purple. Some of their new stuff is excellent. Hard to believe and good to see these guys are still rockin...and I don't mean in chairs.👍

I am a BIG BIG BIG fan of DP - these Ezrin produced LPs are really quite good. I was really sorry to see Steve Morse leave but Simon McBride's sound (and co-writing?) blends in nicely with the others in what is now Deep Purple Mark IX.

Wait wait wait...Morse is gone?..where have I been. What was the situation?. That's just to weird. All these years now gone. Health?. Sorry..whos Simon McBride?. I'm doing some investigating. Thanks for the update.
