What are you listening to right now?

This is my very favorite Turkish song to drum to... I love the beat. Enjoy!

I can't blame this one on brain radio - it just popped up on the U-Tub. Wonderworld wasn't my favorite Uriah Heep album, and I'm sure I am guilty of snatching the tonearm off the vinyl before The Easy Road played for more than two seconds (it being the last song on the album side). Now is the time to gently set the stylus in the groove. Thanks, David Byron and Ken Hensley!

If you've got half an hour to invest, you might take a listen/look at Uriah Heep's Live at Shepperton - '74. Finally a live album where you can hear the drums! David Byron's vocal acrobatics are phenomenal - Freddie Mercury better watch out!! What?!? A singing drummer? I'll just say Gary Thain = bass guitar. Enough. Just listen and watch.

When you don't need to worry
There'll be days like this
When no one's in a hurry
There'll be days like this
When all the parts of the puzzle
Start to look like they fit
Then I must remember
There'll be days like this...

By coincidence, I was on a yachting trip in the Greek Islands in 1995 when I first heard this album, & bought it on my return home.
Played it constantly, then forgot about it.
I’m on holiday in Kefalonia, Greece at this moment!
Gonna dig out the CD when my wife & I get home & give it a spin.
Thanks for the reminder!!😜👍🏻

I find some of the coolest stuff here - REALLY! Thanks, @Elvis!

Wow! The bass guitar. I normally like the bass guitar to sound like... wellll... a plain, old bass guitar, but this fuzzed bass sounds perfect! But then, there's always Yes and The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus). :ROFLMAO:

Here's a fun song to kick-start your day: Charlie Daniels and Orange Blossom Special! Everybody gets their turn at a little "Devil Went Down to Georgia" back and forth solo - even the drummer!! Cool!

You're welcome. That's a cut off their new album. It breaks in about 4 days (they're also gonna be on Jimmy Kimmel on the 27th).
That bassist is Ale, the youngest of the 3 sisters.
She's an endorsee with Spector, the company that makes that bass.
Here's a video of her giving a run-down of all the gear she uses, if you're interested...

Woke up this morning at 03:03 - in my dream, Patsy Cline was doing her iconic You Made Me Love You (I Didn't Want to Do It). I did a little research to find the songwriter and to see if there were any other popular recordings. I got lucky! See the post below.
