What does the "Pitch Adjustment" value refer to?

-3 -2 -1 default 1 2 3

Edit: okay I think I get it. Use that to change the values for lower/higher note by up to 3 semitones. I think.

OP is right, it's to shift the fundamentals up or down by one semitone per level.

For example, with default settings, it will put a 16" floor tom at a D2. If you set pitch adjustment to +1, it will set it at a D#2.
