Triple stroke bass drum exercise

I was playing around with this pattern and I find it's helpful in developing a triple stroke on a single pedal.

Cool exercise but there's only two triple stroke bass notes in there. Its more of a double stroke exercise.

Nice playing! The problem is finding patterns that feel good. I always try to remember what it feels like when it works out, like on this vid, because even though the technique is the same, on other occasions/patterns for some reason your foot just won't do it!

I have a problem where my triple strokes are always uneven sounding and they usually always go out of tempo, I don't know why I have a problem doing them.

Aside from that, thanks a lot for this exercise, greatly appreciate it.
