I use this concept in the kit when I want more stacatto sound no-gap, and more legatto with gap and full rebound. All this can be applied also to french grip.

I think it's a great video. I especially dig the way you avoid absolutes. I'm no authority on anything, but I've always felt that was the correct approach and having you validate that strengthens my conviction about it.
