An interesting commentary by Gadd about the price we pay in lost creativity when we are all too busy, and then what happens when we suddenly have some time to think. I like his line about practicing at 3:50 in the clip. "If I allow myself to really go there, it puts me in a zone where things start to show themselves to me . . . " Such an interesting, articulate, talented guy.
My two favorite interviews of all time bar none have been Drumheads interview with Steve Gadd and Andy Newmark. Jonathan mover just blew me away. I walked away with a deeper revelation than I EVER expected.
