Wow...that's quite the collection there. I'm...not sure what else to say. Very impressive. Do you have a favorite?

And how did you amass such a fortune!
I love Sonor drum sets--also have a Designer Maple Lite snare which is kept for only the best gigs where that quality is needed and it is protected throughout the gig.

Which ones do you actually play/record/gig with?:)

Magnifico!

Do you share the love and play all?

Amazing collection! Can we get a higher res pic?

Have you seen a therapist yet? Wowzer!! Are you on a subscription program where they automatically send you the newest model??

Snare Of The Month Club. I like that idea!

Looks amazing. Is there something you like about Sonor snares compared to other drum companies?

Thanks for the kind words!
Just now I got a favorite: it`s a 80`s TAMA RW 256 12-ply rosewood snare.
Shame on me..., sorry Sonor!
But I am a big Alex Van Halen fan and love his early snare sound! It´s the ultimative snare Sound ever for me!

It´s not a matter of fortune. I collected Sonor snares since 1988, so I need for this collection about 31 years. Internet helps a lot :)
I gigged my Tama RW 256 at the moment. In studio I used most the 6,5" wood models and sometimes the 8" Bronze snare.

Ha, ha, ha, therapists refuse me as incurable ;-)
I looked all over the world for these snare drums! But only the snares of the Horst Link era!
Thanks

Yes, I live in driving distance to the Sonor factory and so I`ve got ever a great support of the company. About 30 years of drumming and collecting friendships have developed to the team!

Mick.

Aside from your Sonor snare drum collection, do you play a Sonor kit?

For me looking at those is like seeing every favorite centerfold in playboy only at my age it's even better. I thought I was over the lust of drums but I guess not.
