Show us your Four Piece Kits.

My 60's gold sparkle round badge kit with a b-stock Black Beauty, Paiste 16" masters thin hats, 20" thin masters crash and 24" giant beat ride.
I'll also swap out the original 20" kick for a 24" Brooklyn that i bought when my neighbour needs to feel the kick pattern i'm playing...in his teeth😆

That's one black beauty of a kit!

After many years of two up and two down with my 14" on my left.........I have decided that a 4 piece is where I want to be.

I don't know what the catalyst is for this decision, maybe age? influences of other drummers? the dog? my washing basket?....I dunno.

I just say down and said "Nah.......4 piece is where it's at for me now ".

I have been a strong advocate for the left sided floor tom....but it's gone, disappeared like a fart in the wind.

I still have my rack system and all my cymbals.....but it's a move that I think is right for me now.

Photo coming soon.

here's a beauty next to me (in Pa.)

20/12/16

If I was "young, dumb, and full of cash" ...i'd pursue either and/or both +/- of those

Why am I going 4 piece... I've been two up and down as well but noticed over the years that I chose my 10 and 14 waaay over the others. After watching Shawn Pelton over 20 years he just stamped cool as well as diversified on his 4 piece. He's my main inspiration for going 4. Ringo..Charlie..Buddy to but Shawn rocked his butt off on S.N.L. forever with various artists and wide variety of musical styles and rocked my world every time I saw him. I'm going to pretend I'm him 😃.

I like the sizes. I bet it sounds a lot like....

...feel free to interject the sound of your own snare drum in there.

As Kansas once famously sang, “Everything is farts in the Wind”…as a left hand 14” man myself I feel like I’ve lost a brother, but my loss is the 4 players’ gain. Rock on brother, rock on…:ROFLMAO: PS looking forward to the pics!!:D(y)

Sorry Al for the delay in responding.......time differences 'n all.

Photo on it's way.
