Roger Holiday Snare Replacement Lugs

Goodday all!

I have an early 60s Rogers Holiday 5x14" Snare that enough lugs finally broke that it affected the sound slightly... Problem is, I cannot find replacement lugs that fit this drum. The mount holes center to center are 2 5/16", the BnB bodys are a hair under 3". Any suggestions on replacements that require do not require drilling?

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I'm measuring incorrectly.

That says body is 2 1/4 long end to end. What came off are over 2 1/2 just the body (3 total)

Is the hole measurement from the edge to the hole or is it center to center. Center to center is a hair under 2 1/4. See pics.

Please excuse the mardi gras wrap... It wasn't my choice.

Looks like the mount holes are 2 1/16 c.t.c. You may want to contact them as they are back in business for replacement parts. If JohnPloughman is still here he would definitely have an answer for you.

You're very welcome. I'm not familiar enough with Rogers to give you an answer but hopefully JohnPloughman or WhoIsTony? will chime in.

After some more internet research, they are Roger 4947R BnB lugs. JP2 creations makes new steel bodies at $30 a piece, yikes. I was hoping for something near the $10 range.
