A variation of paradiddles I put together to get this cool fill. I just used a basic groove to demonstrate how it can be applied, but you can do quite a lot with it.

It's really cool! I'll have to try the left handed accents, I never really thought about that. Thank you!

There is a great page of these in the Carmine Appice Realistic Rock book with all kinds of iterations. He recommends playing them between the snare and ride/hats which makes the LH parts stand out.

Here is one that Stanton Moore uses a lot and I think are from Sticking lines 5 and 10. I would have to verify that.
