The problem with trying to do this on Neil's birthday is that it takes all damn day!
It's also always fun recording on this kit. That Radio King sounds amazing. That Canadian A ride sounds amazing. I miss a couple notes here and there...
I always love hearing you do your thing, so thanks for this. You bring a great, visceral energy to the song here while still nailing the intricacies of the part. I used to love playing along to this song as I was growing up-- wish I'd had a video like this to help me figure out the trickier parts!

Exactly! My ear has always been pretty decent but I’m a visual learner as well so vids like this really help to piece some things together . ( wish I never stopped playing and taking lessons years ago and continued to read as that’d help as well ) but next best thing for me is seeing as well as hearing the music. @dwsabianguy , Always great to hear and SEE your playing ! Sooooo damn good and enjoyable !!!! Awesome job ! Thanks for posting
I totally love this, your skill is amazing and what a great song. I can't play it on the drums but I have the drum track engraved in my memory probably like a bunch of rush fans.
I have to admit good job on picking the right drums, cymbals and accessories to mimic Niel's so accurately, it really takes a large kit and a lot of accessories, Damn!
