Hey I just bought a brand new Supra LM402(2009 model) and I have the following question: Is the shell made of Ludalloy or is it made of Crome over Brass?. Thank you.

LM402 = Ludalloy (aluminium shell with chrome coating)

Hey, Thanks man. Another question are the stock drum heards that come wiith the snare good or should I replace them?. Thanks.

A lot of people like them. I'm one that always swaps them out because I prefer emps over snare ambs combo on my snares.
The stock heads on these drums are far superior to the cheaper Asian made Remo/Evans that come on a lot of drums though. So if you're happy with the sound you're getting, there's no real need to change them.
