Pedal Issue with DTX400

Hi, so my kick pedal on my DTX400 is not making any sound. I tested the wire and the pedal and they work. What is even weirder is that I can set the pedal to make any sound and it work. Except any under that kick section.

Can you try different headphones? One with no mic, to be sure.

Idk if this would work but what if you used your hihat pedal in the bass drum connection for a bit?
