More (Tool-ish) prog from my band

Here's a rehearsal room demo that turned out surprisingly good! Catastrophia is sort of our ode to Tool, though we're not really trying to sound like them. The studio version will be on our upcoming album sometime next year.

I forgot to mention that it’s instrumental progressive rock. So don’t expect any singing or lyrics. But do expect heavy riffs and bombastic grooves.

Haha. No! It works really well on that song. I play jazz. I don’t even use crash cymbals. Carry on. Sounds great!

Just watched that video. I can hear a very mild similarity, but we’re definitely much closer to Tool, at least with that song.

The first tune reminded me of a theme song from something BAD that happened on that scary ship in part of a movie. That photo is bad AZ*. Oh..the band is ABSOLUTELY Toolesque and that ain't no bad thing.
