Meinl Turbso slap Cajon, real world experience?

Hi,

So I am considering buy a Meinl Turbo Slcap cajon beginning of next month, and all the reviews I see on youtube are positive and do recommend it.

I also hear you can take the sides panels of at the bottom and loosen/tighten or remove/replace the snares?

For anyone that owns this, what is your real world experience and impression, do you think I should buy one as well?

Meinl make killer percussion. I have never tried cajon of any sort yet. I thought Cajon was a larger box type of deal, this thing sounds fun. I'd mess my arthritic hands up with it though
