Ludwig Centennial drums?

Has anyone experienced issues with delamination with Ludwig Centennial drums?

I didn’t keep mine long enough to experience any structural issues.

I sure have. I bought mine new, and didn't check them. My mistake. I saw a thread mentioning Centennial delamination, so I checked mine. Every drum was delaminated to one degree or another. The bass drum was badly so. I got no help from Ludwig or the retailer.

So...made in Taiwan with North American Maple?......i guess they grow that species of tree in Taiwan?
So sorry guys......I would have hoped that Ludwig would have helped those guys in Taiwan with the Glue, Layup and Heat Press/Compress......wrong glue?....not enough glue?....not compressed tight enough?
Come on Ludwig.........help these customers out.......and make em' here in the US.....where you can watch and inspect.

That's what happens when there cheaply made in production lines.

Taiwan is not the issue. Who Ludwig chose to use in Taiwan is the issue. Gretsch has no issues with the Renown
