Absolutely mental. Another by product of the health and safety absession is the spread of the "Stupid gene" Before H and S really stupid people would be naturally weeded out of society. Survival of the fittest. With health and safety the stupid gene is spread, meaning more stupid people doing stupid things, and living to tell the tale. Hence the people coming up with these decisions. Stupid.
