Is it normal for the post layout to be oldest -> newest?

I don't know if it's like this for anyone else, but in my case the initial posts from OP are at the bottom (and, if there are multiple pages, on the last page). Is there a way to fix this?

Click on User CP (control panel)

Scroll down to Edit Options

Then scroll down a dozen or so items to find the options for oldest first, newest first, etc.

I remember having the same issue when I joined last year. Took me a week or so to work it out...

LOL. I just figured it was a nuance of the site and just the way it was. Never thought to ask. Thanks to GA for ask and Morrisman for answering.
