So quit being boring. It's time to man up about the boring thing. It doesn't have to be boring, you are just avoiding hard work, that's what's happening here. You are taking the easiest way out. Good luck improving with that. Are you really going to let this stop you in your tracks Boredom? If so your work ethic is in real peril.

I agree with everything you said but does that response give the highest likely-hood of recovering a fellow faltering drummer...or is my over sensitivity sugar coating the truth and not giving service to OP? (ugh...I get flashbacks from the movie WhipLash..and how hard and fast I would have sent those objects back at the idiot 'teacher' with greater accuracy and lethal effect)
Guess its impossible to tell in this environment...but great food for thought for the teachers out there.
