GIBRALTAR 4000 series hardware

I can't find much of anything online about this hardware. It's lower priced, looks slightly "skinny" to me personally. But it's considered lightweight (and it's not flat based).

Does anyone use this hardware??? Is it sturdy enough? I play nearly all Rock music. So I will lay into my cymbals some. I'm not one to knock down cymbal stand often or anything like that. But I'm not into the wobble.

Let me know what you think if you have any experience with this line of hardware.

Thanks

I have two of the 4700 series boom cymbal stands. I bought the first one when I saw one of those also holding a DW tom in a drum store. To me they are the best combination of light weight and sturdy. Peace and goodwill.

Thank you!

And that's exactly what I was looking for. The combo of light and sturdy.
