i don't have a clip of it cuz it was live at a concert. a friend of mine's band was opening up for morbid angel several years ago. we all showed up a few hours before the show started to help unload and set up and crap. pete sandoval had just got his kit set up and were doing sound check. he goes threw each drum and cymbal giving each a few whacks, sound guy starts asking for certain things done certain ways, pete just kinda snubs him and starts playing. he goes on for about a minute then gradually slows it down to where you think he's done, sound guy starts to say something and pete starts going full blast again. this went on for about 20 minutes over and over again untill the sound guy dropped the mic on the floor and walked off cussing, pete just stopped right there got up and walked off stage laughing....

The sense of control i feel watching a punk drummer is intense! Lagwagon were so lucky in having two of the best aswell

1978 at Plaza Gardens Stage at Disneyland. I was right in the front row right in front of Buddy Rich's bass drum. I stayed there for all three sets! It was awesome to be spitting distance from the man. Also did the same thing the next week when Louie Bellson came to town. Great drum lessons on both nights!

Lol oh yes. And he does the robot! out of control. lol

STORY: Farewell concert to Mindhead (a local band) they were playing their last song and all the drummers from the opening bands+ some lead singers run out with sticks and thrash on the drummers set with him during the last song.
Needless to say the set basically was all on the floor at the end. soooo sweet.
