Hi everyone,
I started transcribing eric harland solo on Backbay blues by Mccoy tyner

First i learned it by ear, and now i'm trying to transcribe it on paper but there are a few points where i can't understand if he stays on the tempo or goes off (rubato or something like that). The incredible fast tempo obviously doesn't help. Thanks to everyone who can help me!

Anyway the song is a blues, and the drum solo lasts 5 X 12 bars. The piano comes back on the third beat of the first measure of the next twelve bars.
