DM-10 & Red Box direct recording

From what I have read, the Alesis DM-10 and Pearl red Box are the same (except for maybe the samples it has stored). Is there any way to direct record from the module? I use drumess tracks through the module with headphones and/or floor monitor, and would like to record to play back and critique. I use a Zoom H2 right now just placed in front of the monitor but I'm looking for a way to direct record from the module with out the monitor. Thoughts?

no offence, but can't you just buy a computer/laptop? would make your life so much more easier & your tracks would sound a lot better.

I could buy a second laptop I guess. I still would not have a program to record direct with. Trying to work with what I already (on a budget). I'm playing for my own mental health, not for a living, I'll look into recording programs though. Thanks.
