Let me get in while I can with some southern rock classics!

Flirtin' With Disaster - Molly Hatchet

Hello 8 year old thread!
What's so cool is.....YOU are still here to see your thread "reanimated"!

A lot of times this happens the OP have moved on.

Great idea for a thread I might add....

While I have you on the line, how about "Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown"?

How about country? Tons of shuffle songs

Dwight Yoakam - Please Please Baby, This Time
Buck Owens - Tiger by the Tail

Buy most any "Best of Classic Blues" CD compilation. Practice to that. 12 bar blues is almost all simple shuffles. Some fast some slow. That's where all the rockers got their shuffles from. Stay away from some of the modern blues re-incarnations they tend to slide towards rock 8th note grooves (ex: most Joe Bonamassa).

You need to get your whole body into this one or you won't nail it.
