cheap handheld recorder

im looking to start recording drums and stuff with some bands, aswell as maybe some video for audio. so i've been looking at various handheld recorders like the zoom h4. i was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a recorder like this around 100-150 bucks preferably.

I have a zoom H2N i recieved for christmas, and I love it. Im sure you can find one used or just one on sale for that price range

one feature i didn't mention was that i would like to have an audio in and an audio out. so i can run my ipod or something through it and have both the ipod and drums show up in my headphones and recording. i dont have software for editing, and i do know about free softwares, but this would be a really nice feature. thanks.
